We do not require that your link page has Google PR4 or higher, but make sure your link page is spiderable and can be reached from your home page in no more than two clicks. Please, no link frauds such as blocking links via robots.txt, rel="nofollow" attribute, etc. If you like to get a one-way link from us, just create a really very good site. (It might work!) But trying to fool us into thinking you are linking to us, while you are only half-linking, is no good. Let's be mutually honest.
