How to email faxes by notify or timer

SendMail receives faxes, places them in the folder you choose and resends them when you need. There are two modes of resending faxes. The first one is sending faxes by notify. It means that SendMail resends a fax as soon as it gets one. The second is sending faxes by timer. In this case SendMail resends faxes in certain periods of time. All you have to do is to set the time lag.

You set the addreses to which faxes should be sent. To know for sure where exactly your faxes were sent SendMail creates a log file. No wrong routes any more!

SendMail can not only send the file by timer or by notify but also compress it before sending. Besides SendMail has the option of moving files to certain archive folders. The most handy one is DD/MM/YY. Moving the files to this folder Send mail will make the current date the name of it.
