Paper size

Nice program but I have a problem with the paper size.

What should I set, which he prints on a receipt printer with a width of 80mm??
The amount varies depending on the expression!? (Ticket System)

Converting *.xls to pdf ; paper size dropdown list does not work: won't set to Letter Size, also date format changed from mm/dd tp mm/dd/yyyy

Converting ^.xls to doc; date format changed from 3/Dec to 3/December (i.e. month spelled out), and, in another instance, to a constant m/d (i.e. no actual date)
