TotalDocConverter error

Dear Sir,
I try to convert a simple word 2007 document into a pdf with a command using your free tool, it did not convert the file to pdf and trying to open the following URL
[www.coolutils.com]
Please be note that I already downloaded the compatapility and installed it in the computer

Also please note that I run this command on Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3 computer
