Total HTML Converter Stream to PDF

There are a few examples that have Response.BinaryWrite(c.ConvertToStream("C:\www\ASP\Source.html", "C:\www\ASP", "-cpdf").
However, the code c.ConvertToStream("C:\www\ASP\Source.html", "C:\www\ASP", "-cpdf") does not produce binary it produces a string. I tried converting it to a unicode byte array which does allow me to create a pdf with the right size(kb) even the right page count but it is doesn't display any text.

Everything is fine if I use c.ConvertStr or c.Convert. These create actual files and I would prefer to do them on the fly.

What am I missing?
