We are having an issue with generating converting doc/docx file to TIFF file on any environment other than the development environment. We haven been evaluating to use this DocConverter to use in our windows application (not web application), it seems to work perfectly on the dev machines, but once its packaged and moved to other machine, it stops working. We (even with admin rights) are also not able to install the downloaded version on any other machines than the machine on which it was downloaded. What are the steps invlved in using DocConverter in Windows App, packaging and migrating to other environements? Probably, Office Converter Pack
(http://www.coolutils.com/Downloads/_OCONVPCK.EXE) is not installed
under the same account as you use when run the service. Please, make
sure that it is one and the same account.
