Mail Converter Changes Email TimeStamp

I tested several Outlook MSG documents with the TotalMailConverter tool and noticed the TimeStamps on the documents are not accurate per the original email in Outlook.

For instance, a document stamped 8:41:06 AM in Outlook shows up as 9:43 AM when converted.

I sent an email with full examples to the support email address on December 30 and still no acknowledgement or response.
