Total folder monitor - is it free?

I want to download the Total Folder Monitor to use in our company, but there are 2 options: download for free or buy.
What is the difference between two options?

Dear Katrina,

'Download for free' means downloading a trial version of the program. It works for 30 days. You may evaluate it. If it is ok you may purchase it. After that we will send you a registration key.
