When I run Onlooker as a service it runs the project when it first starts. Then, no matter what changes take place in the monitored folder it doesn't perform the defined actions (email and copy). Aside from scheduling a task to restart the service every x minutes is there a way to make the service functional?
Running on Server 2008 x86.
