DocConverterX error 3

Hi,

With axDocDev, on a windows 2003 server I try to convert .doc file in jpg and it fail with "error 3" and "Access violation at address 00EE7244 in module DOCCONVERTER.DLL read at adresse 00000008"

It's the same result with any .doc file, even those which only contain 'test'

- When I try on a windows 2000 worksation to convert in jpg it's good.
- When I try on server 2003 to convert in pdf it's also good.

I want to buy this soft but when I'll manage to make it works !
