TotalHTML Converter - How to create buttons converted into PDF?

how should the HTML file be made so that a form button is or link button is correctly converted into the PDF?

as button I mean an image that has a hyperlink or a formbutton with javascript.
Also pdfs can have javascript embedded into an object like html

Thank you, but I can't use it because I tried you application already in april 2011 and the new version says trial period has expired.

You trial period seems to have expired. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a temporary key due to our keygen's limitations. I understand that you need to test Total HTML Converter first. Please, install it on some other pc and test it there. If it suits your needs you may purchase the key and unlock the version on your pc.

Hi tried the new version but in 1 year there was no feature update so that buttons inside HTML are correctly converted .
