How to exact attatched msg?

I'm using the command line tool of MailConverterX.

I'm wondering how to extract attached msg files within a msg without converting them?

For example, I have a msg file "test.msg", within which there 3 attached msg files "1.msg, 2.msg, 3.msg".

I want to get one html file converted from this msg and 3 seperate msg files extracted from this msg: test.html, 1.msg, 2.msg, 3.msg.

What parameters should I use for this? Thanks.

You can use the following command line options:

-attach - Export attachments

-smsg - Put attached e-mail messages into separate document (work with -msg)

-sattach - Put attachments into separate folder (work with -attach)

Thank you for your reply. But when I tried to convert a msg file to html, the attached msg file will also be converted to html with the options "-sattach -smsg".

Is there a way to save the attached msg file out of the parent msg file without converting to html?

I tried with the command line :

C:\Users\Fei>MailConverterX.exe "D:\MsgTest\5.msg" "D:\MsgTest\5.html" -c HTML -sattach -msgff

Then no attached msg file was separately extracted, instead, it was converted along the parent email to the html file "5.html".

Any other idea?
