Mail converter stops randomly.

I am running business license version 3.1.0.

I am converting about 20,000 emails (With and without attachments). to PDF
I have all email files on my local hard drive;

Source files c:\OriginalEmails
Target files ; c:\ConvertedEmails

After a random number of conversions, the application halts and shows an information dialog box that appears to have the path to a email displayed;



I have restarted numerous times and also "Skipped" the folder when it stops, only to have it stop again.

Any ideas here?

Windows 7 Professional 64bit
8 Gig RAM

ISSUE SOLVED:

Problem was that the length of the folder names were exceeding windows 256 limit. I solved this by setting filename filter to [subject: 50]
