Total Outlook Converter Pro converts Outlook emails to PDF, DOC, RTF, TIFF and other formats. It also offers an option of automatic data adding into each converted email. You can add the current date either into header or footer.

Note: This option is available only for the formats that support Header & Footer feature: PDF, XPS, TIFF and JPEG.

This is how to manage this:

  1. Run Total Outlook Converter Pro.
  2. Select messages to convert and click on the icon with the target format.

  6. Press Start!

It's important to know the current date, if emails are exported from PST files for backup purposes. It is also useful, if you supplement already backed up messages with the new ones. When date of previous conversion is stated in the copies, you can definitely know what emails should be added to the backup.
