Are Excel formulas preserved in the DOCX output?

No. DOCX is a word processing format with no calculation engine. Formulas are not transferred; only the computed result value that was stored in the cell at the time of conversion appears in the Word table. If a cell contained =SUM(A1:A10) and its result was 450, the DOCX will show 450 as plain text.

What Excel features are lost when converting to DOCX?

Features that belong to spreadsheet programs and have no equivalent in Word are dropped: charts and graphs, sparklines, conditional formatting rules (the visual result at conversion time is captured, but the rule logic is lost), pivot tables (converted as static data), named ranges, data validation, hyperlinks in cells, and multiple worksheets beyond what fits in a single-document table layout.

What is the maximum file size for online XLSX to DOCX conversion?
