What Is PPT?

PPT is the binary PowerPoint format used by Microsoft Office 97–2003. Files have the .ppt extension and use a compound binary format (CFBF). While current versions of PowerPoint can open PPT files, the format is considered legacy. Fonts, object layouts, and animations may not render identically across different Office versions or on non-Windows systems, making PPT unreliable for distribution without PowerPoint installed.

What Is BMP?

BMP (Windows Bitmap) as a slide output gives a pixel-perfect uncompressed render of each slide at a defined resolution.
