Yes, at default settings. The converter applies the same camera profile, white balance, and tone curve stored in the DNG metadata that Lightroom uses for its default rendering. If you have applied custom edits or presets to the DNG in Lightroom, those adjustments are stored in Lightroom's catalog and are not embedded in the DNG file itself — only the default rendering is produced.

How DNG to PNG Conversion Works
